Installation

Neptune Aqua provides a full, turn-key installation service for domestic, commercial or industrial RWH systems… from excavation for tanks, pipes & ducts to electrical and plumbing connections. It goes without saying that we fully commission each system and provide product information for the end user.

Alternatively we can provide equipment on a “supply-only” basis. We can even provide bespoke installations: – if you have ground-workers on site you may wish to install the tank & pipe yourself. In this case we can install the pumps, controller & cables prior to commissioning the system

Routine Maintenance

For optimum performance RWH systems should be regularly serviced and maintained. Our RWH systems are designed to be easily serviced and maintained… routine maintenance is carried out quickly and without fuss. For larger (commercial / industrial) systems we can even install telemetry systems to monitor your installation remotely… this system is so good we can phone you to let you know of problems before you even become aware of them!
